Attendance Time keeping

Important notice

For all of our roles timekeeping and attendance is extremely important, If you are late or do not attend this puts people at risk of harm!

Because of this we have a very strict policy on attendance and timekeeping, Please read the following very carefully:
 

Failure to attend

• If you book a shift and are unable to attend, you need to give notice.
• You are required to give at least 48 hours notice when possible, or you could be charged up to £30.

Below are the conditions of each notice period. Please only book and confirm shifts if you are certain that you will attend.
 

• If you give over 48 hours notice, you may still be charged but it’s unlikely.
• If you give under 48 hours notice, there is a possibility of being charged a £30 admin fee.
• If you give under 48 hours notice, but it is due to medical reasons. Evidence will be required to avoid charges. A lack of evidence will incur you a £30 admin fee.
• If you fail to attend a shift that you have confirmed or leave a shift early, You will be charged £30 admin fees.

In addition to these charges, you could be sanctioned with warnings, disciplinary actions and even dismissal.
